Intermediate Retreat – 22nd-25th of June, 2023

Dear Applicants!

We are organizing intermediate meditation practice from 22. June 2023 (Thursday, 4 p.m.) to 25. June 2023 (Sunday, 2 p.m.) at the Original Light Zen Temple, led by Chong An Sunim zen master.

For this retreat we can only accept applications from those who have already been to our Temple at least three times for a one-day Zen event or a beginner’s Zen camp! 

The program is in Hungarian, the most important instructions can be translated into English.

• 07:00 Breakfast (Formal 4 bowl)
• 07:40 Work
• 09:00 2×40′ sitting meditation
• 11:00 Food offering ceremony
• 12:00 Lunch  (Formal 4 bowl)
• 14:00 2×40′ sitting meditation
• 17:00 Dinner  (Formal 4 bowl)
• 18:30 Evening songs
• 19:00 2×40′ sitting meditation
• 20:30 Four Great Bodhisattva Vows
• 22:00 Power out

Participation is only possible for the duration of the entire retreat. The program may vary depending on the situation.

The self-cost fee of the event (for the 3 full days) is 120 EUR/Person/3 days. We provide three vegetarian meals a day during the retreat.
